It is HOT out there. I believe this is going to be one for the record books. If you own and operate an Air Conditioning Company, you are going to be busy this year. Doesn’t it always seem to go that people neglect their heating and cooling systems all year long, and then they are frantic when the weather changes and their trusty HVAC system goes down? I hear you tell people repeatedly, let’s schedule a routine maintenance on your system. We can check and make certain everything is in top shape, but nope, you’re just too busy, everything is fine.
During the summer people need to be able to keep cool. It’s not just a matter of convenience, it is detrimental to their health when the heat gets too high. The same goes for the winter’s cooler temperatures. Too much heat or cold causes problems for people, and in turn, can cause your business to become very busy.
I asked a question in the title for this post. I asked, can you install and air conditioner and answer the phone at the same time? The answer might be yes, but you are not going to be able to give either of those tasks your full attention. If you answer the phone and you are distracted, the customer on the other end of that call is not going to be pleased. If you miss a nut or screw while you are talking on the phone, that could cause big problems in the unit you are working on. So, put the phone down, do your work, then answer your calls later.
